One of the advantages of having a cake stand is that the stand takes the weight of the cake,
so if you would like the top tier as a fruit cake, and the others as sponge cake, this will work well. If you want the cake
to be pillared, it is not such a good idea to have a sponge on the bottom and fruit cake above!
In this part of the library, you will see some cakes on stands. I am able to supply the stand that
is required for the majority of cakes should you require me to.
