In this section of the library you will find a selection of stacked cakes. This design style originated in the USA, and is proving more popular than ever in the UK.
 
Cakes presented in this manner can be very simple or extremely fancy, as you can see. I can provide these designs either as all fruit cake, all sponge cake or a mixture, although sponge cake layers should be placed above any fruit cake layers.
